Jimmy has been involved with sports since a young age. Growing up he played Baseball, Basketball, Lacrosse, and Football which he briefly competed at the collegiate level. After he hung up his cleats, Jimmy continued to look for ways to compete and push himself to be better. Jimmy was introduced to CrossFit by a friend who wanted someone to try a class with them. Admittingly, he was a nay-sayer of CrossFit prior to drinking the cool-aid. His first work out was “Annie” on December 6, 2013 and he hasn’t looked back since…
Jimmy received my CF-L1 and began coaching in May of 2014. For Jimmy, "the joy of coaching is helping athletes believe in themselves and work towards achieving things they never thought they could do. There is nothing better than the look on someone’s face after a huge PR or their first muscle up!"
