Our teens program have one major goal in mind: PERFORMANCE. This program will teach your teenager how to be explosive and powerful in whatever athletic endeavor they choose to participate in. On top of that, because the workouts are constantly varied, they are less likely to fall prey to the overuse injuries that plague common training routines and year-round sports.

Teen Program

DATES:  September 22nd - October 31st

Team Strength and Conditioning Program

Team Strength and Conditioning for your teens 12-16 years old. Let us prepare your child for their sports season! This program will maintain the goal of PERFORMANCE.  With a concentration on proper form and movement mechanics, your child will be introduced to strength training with odd objects, body weight exercises, high intensity interval training as well as agility and speed drills. Your child will be introduced to weight training with a barbell, dumbbells, sandbags, and atlas stones.


-Team training requires a minimum of 10 participants with a maximum of 20.
