CrossFit
CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness program that combines weightlifting, cardio, and gymnastics. It is designed to improve your overall fitness and athletic performance, making it a great choice for athletes and fitness enthusiasts alike.
On-Ramp Intro Course is required for members new to CrossFit.

Weightlifting
Strength training designed around building muscle and developing the technical skill of all weightlifting movements. Training sessions include, olympic lifting, powerlifting, and barbell technique. Our gym is designed to provide a safe and efficient workout environment, with plenty of space and equipment for everyone.
Werk 45
High Intensity interval training without the barbell or high skill gymnastics. This class will be based on constant movement and sweat. Each class will vary in intensity, and are structured around building cardiovascular endurance and strength training. If you are looking to improve your overall fitness and burn calories quickly, Werk45 is for you! There is no prerequisite to participate in Werk45. Open to all levels of fitness!
Youth Program
Strength and Conditioning for participants ages 10-15.
The program is designed around PERFORMANCE. Training sessions will include teaching proper Olympic lifting and Powerlifting, odd object "strongman" movements, plyometrics and endurance. Youth will be introduced to high intensity training and challenged to work with others in small group settings.
