On-Ramp Course 

New to CrossFit?  This course is for you! 

On-ramp is an introductory CrossFit course.

We required all new members (who have never been a member of another CrossFit affiliate) to complete this course prior to entering regular group CrossFit classes.  This course will introduce new members to the fundamental movements, techniques, and common terminology of our community.  Want to know what a WOD, AMRAP, EMOM, or SDLHP mean? You will! Want to know why people love to work out? Just wait for it...

On-Ramp consists of FOUR introductory courses that are structured in a progressive, consecutive order. We offer On-Ramp as a group course or in individual 1-on-1 settings. 

(This course is not required to participate in WERK45 or Weightlifting) 


Group On-Ramp Course

Offered every two months  

Classes are scheduled on

Monday & Thursdays 6:30PM - 7:30PM


4 Intro Classes + 2 Week Trial Unlimited Membership

1-on-1   On Ramp

Scheduled with one member of our coaching staff. 

Day and Time of session is up to you.
