Youth Program
Program offered in 8 week sessions.
Wednesday @ 6:30PM-7:15PM

One Asterisk CrossFit Youth Program is designed for training our 9-15 year old pre-teen & young teens.
​
It is designed around PERFORMANCE. Training sessions will include teaching proper Olympic lifting and Powerlifting, odd object "strongman" movements, plyometrics and endurance. Teens will be introduced to high intensity training and challenged to work with others in small group settings.
​
Program registration is required.
Youth one-class drop-ins welcome.
