CrossFit TOTS
(ages 3-5)
TOTS is designed to make fitness FUN for kids. We work on tumbling, balance, listening skills and taking turns.

CrossFit LITTLES
(ages 6-9)
LITTLES is designed to make fitness FUN for kids. We work on tumbling, balance, basic functional movements, listening skills, building self-confidence and learning healthy food choices.
​
CrossFit YOUTH
(ages 10-15)
The program is designed around PERFORMANCE. Training sessions will include strength training, plyometrics and endurance. They will work on confidence and communications skills in small group settings.
Programs offered in 8 week sessions.
​Program registration is required.
